Passive, wire-speed visibility into every application on your network - 70+ performance metrics per flow, VoIP quality scoring, and up to 40 Gbit/s of lossless capture, without touching the traffic itself.
Request Pricing and InformationVolume, network performance, application performance, MOS (VoIP call quality), and jitter - calculated for every active IP flow, not sampled or estimated.
Captures and analyzes traffic from a SPAN port or network tap without sitting inline - nothing to reconfigure on the network path, and no risk of the monitoring appliance becoming a bottleneck or a failure point.
Physical models scale from 1 to 40 Gbit/s with no packet loss at full line rate; a 1 Gbit/s virtual model is available for smaller or cloud-hosted environments.
MOS scoring and jitter measurement purpose-built for voice and other latency-sensitive applications, surfacing quality problems before users start calling the help desk.
On CC-range appliances, a dedicated rolling buffer (2 TB to 48 TB depending on model) retains full packet history, so an investigation can pull the actual pcap data, not just summary statistics.
H5-APP never receives traffic directly - it watches a mirrored copy instead, which means production traffic is never at risk from the monitoring appliance itself.
70+
Performance metrics calculated per IP flow, including volume, network, and application performance
40 Gbit/s
Maximum lossless capture throughput on the largest physical model
48 TB
Maximum dedicated packet-capture buffer on CC-range appliances, for forensic pcap retrieval
MOS
Voice-quality scoring plus jitter, purpose-built for VoIP and real-time applications
H5-Flow reads flow-export records - NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX - that your routers, switches, and firewalls already generate. It is lightweight on the network and answers who is talking to whom, on which protocol, and how much bandwidth is involved, across a large number of exporting devices at once.
H5-APP inspects the actual packets from a mirrored SPAN or TAP port, not summary records from network equipment. That depth is what makes MOS and jitter scoring possible, and what the 70+ per-flow metrics and forensic packet capture depend on. Many customers run both: H5-Flow for broad, lightweight visibility across the network, and H5-APP at the points - a datacenter core, a VoIP gateway - where that extra depth is worth the dedicated tap.
